The Challenge & Problem
MedCare managed 14 hospitals with disconnected systems. Patient records were fragmented, insurance claims took 15+ days, and pharmacy stockouts caused treatment delays.
Our Solution
We built a unified HMS with centralized patient records, real-time pharmacy inventory, automated insurance claim processing, and a patient mobile app for appointments and reports.
Key Results & Impact
Insurance claim processing time dropped from 15 days to 2 days. Pharmacy stockouts reduced by 92%. Patient satisfaction scores increased from 3.2 to 4.7 out of 5.
